After a long-term analysis process to design new living units, Greenlife was designed with an ecological and traditional major design setup that is compatible with its environment, does not disturb the nature. In line with the needs lists, the slope in the project area was transformed into an opportunity and unique landscapes were created. In harmony with the rich landscape texture of Mumcular, where all the spaces created can be illuminated with natural light, the buildings are spread horizontally in the design area. With the settlement made on a macro scale, the spatial setup of the buildings was planned by considering privacy and common areas.

It consists of 253 blocks and 3+1 villas on the land. Of these, we have 22 single-storey detached 231 flat villas.
