In our project, garden duplexes are designed as 3+1. It has a gross usage area of 200 m2. Each residence has a garden area. There are also options with or without a detached pool.
In the project, the second floors are designed as 2+1 flats. The flats, which have a usage area of 90 m2, have a terrace usage area of 65 m2.
